GARY FLIESS
CEO
Gary has been the CEO since November 2022. He is an experienced IT professional with over 25 years in the industry and holds several IBM Power and IBM Storage certifications. Gary started his journey with ISI in the Mainframe Operations and Scheduling team almost 20 years ago. Once ISI expanded its Mainframe Outsourcing Practice and Services offering, he moved into a Business Development role and subsequently identified and introduced a new Business Strategy to broaden the range of ISI Service offerings.

ANDREW LEECE
Non-Executive Director
Andrew has been a director of ISI since 2018. He began his career with Macquarie
Group with a tenure spanning 2007 to 2015 where he gained significant experience in
Corporate and Asset Finance. He then embarked on various entrepreneurial
endeavours including technologies developed for the Aviation industry. He is the
founder and CEO of Distributed Storage Solutions (DSS) which owns and operates
HPC and data storage infrastructure servicing research institutes globally.

STEVEN MCKAY
Executive Director
Steven joined ISI as Chief Financial Officer in October 2009 and has also led
Operations for more than a decade. He has held senior commercial & finance roles in
Technology, Energy Infrastructure, Private Equity, Manufacturing, Telecommunications,
Construction and Engineering businesses. He is a Fellow of the Australian Society of
CPA’s, a Chartered Secretary and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company
Directors. -
JOHN LEECE
Non-Executive Director
John Leece has had a long association with ISI as both Shareholder and Director. With over 35
years as Partner at Boroughs Chartered Accountants, John specialises in Corporate Advisory and
brings vast industry experience in Property, Professional Services, Mineral Exploration as well
as the IT sector. He has served for many years on Committees’ and Boards of the Australian
Accounting Profession.
